How to make amazing tasting mushroom chukka?

required things :

  • Mushroom = 200 grams
  • Oil = six spoons
  • Anise = 1 tbsp
  • Big onion = two
  • Tomato = one
  • Garlic = 6 cloves
  • Green chillies =3
  • Turmeric powder= half spoon
  • Mutton masala = one spoon



Pour three spoons of oil in a pan and add onions, curry leaves and garlic and saute until golden brown. Then add green chillies and tomatoes and when sauteed well, add mutton masala and turmeric powder and saute until the green smell goes away. Then keep it cool and grind well in a mixer.

After three quarters of the padam is cooked, add the ground paste and a little water and fry until the water separates and the oil separates. Now after the oil separates sprinkle coriander leaves on it and the delicious mushroom chukka is ready.
