Every year car manufacturing companies release their new cars on the eve of the festive season. As the event approaches, various car manufacturers are preparing their new products. We may see a series of releases from various companies in the coming months. Here is the list of 27 cars that will be released next. The launch of some of these cars may take place next year as well. With this new car, the company is expected to take an unshakable place in the electric car market as well.

Another car in Tata’s electric vehicle lineup is the Tata Curve. While Tata has various plans for the Curve model including fuel, electric and CNG, the first to be launched is the electric model. Tata plans to launch the first electric model by the end of this year, followed by the petrol model of the Curve by the beginning of next year. It is expected to be followed by the launch of the CNG variant.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire:

Maruti Suzuki recently launched the updated new generation Swift model in the Indian market. The company is also going to update their sedan model Dzire. All the design changes and new features given in the Swift model are expected to be given in the updated model of Dzire as well. Also, it is noteworthy that Maruti will also provide a sunroof facility in the new Dzire.

Tata and Hyundai have seen success in the micro SUV segment in India with the introduction of Punch and Xter cars. Kia plans to join the lineup with their Clavis/Cyros model. One of Tata’s flagship hatchback models is the Altras. Tata is planning to launch a new special edition variant called the Razor in June to give the hatchback a sporty look. Tata is launching the Altras Racer Edition as a rival to the N-line variant of the Hyundai i20 hatchback which is being sold as a competitor to the Altras in India. Notably, the Race Edition’s engine has been tuned to produce slightly more power than the engine found in the top-end model of the Altras.

Mahindra Thar Armada:

Mahindra’s Thar is the most loved off-road SUV in India. Mahindra will soon launch a 5-door variant of the Thar, which is currently sold with three doors. It has been reported that the company is going to name the model as Thar Armada. The engines currently used in Mahindra cars will be used in the Thar Armada. Only the engine’s tunes are expected to be tweaked to suit the Armada’s weight.

Currently, Mahindra is selling only the XUV 400 electric car model in India. Following this, the company announced that it will soon introduce electric versions of the fuel cars that are currently being sold, as well as new electric cars that will be developed from the ground up. The XUV.e8 will be released this year as an electric version of the Mahindra XUV 700 which is already on sale. Mahindra is currently testing it on Indian roads.

This is the third model of Mahindra’s upcoming electric cars. Mahindra uses the XUV name for the electric variants of the petrol models already on sale and the BE (Born Electric) name for the models that will be exclusively electric from the ground up. MG is going to launch the same model as Wuling Cloud EV and Baojan Yanduo EV in other countries and in China under the name of Cloud EV in India. The Cloud EV is expected to be launched in India with a 50kWh battery and a range of 450 km.

Skoda is developing a new SUV in India as a slightly more affordable car. Skoda is currently testing this sub-4 meter long SUV on Indian roads. Skoda will use only a three-cylinder, 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine in this compact SUV. Skoda is planning to launch this small SUV in India targeting more customers. Hence, the price is also expected to be lower than we think.
